Hi everyone,
I am asking for your help to solve an issue i am experiencing with my HP laptop and the SKYGO application.
When i use the laptop on it own, everything is fine, but as soon as i connect it to an external display through a HDMI to DVI cable, the pc significantly slows down...mouse movements are slow, everything does not respond in a reactive way.
It happens both in extended and duplicate desktop settings.
I checked the performances graph on the "task manager" and noticed the UHD graphic 630 was around 100%, while the NVIDIA GE force GTX 1050 Ti was around 1%.
As soon as i disconnect the external display, the usage goes back to 20/30% for the 630 as well.
Do i need to change somesetting in order to make use of the NVIDIA instead of the integrated UHD 630 when using such application?
Any suggestion is welcome.
Thanks
