Product: HP ProBook 440 14 inch G10 Notebook PC (717Q6AV)
Operating System: Linux

I want to add an external monitor to have a larger image.  How do I check compatibility and what is the procedure to setup and use it once it is installed. Thank you for any help.

You can connect it to an external display, it has  HDMI 2.1 supports resolution up to 4K at 60 Hz as mentioned above.
