I just bought a brand new HP Laptop, and to my disappointment the camera is terrible. The image is completly pixalated.  Since I will be using the camera a lot for work, the poor quality really doesn't do it for me. I've tried some recommendations to upgrade it on this support page, and restarted the computer, but it's still as bad.  i add couple of pictures (jpg and png, for some reason I can see it but don't see it on the form) but still I already did basic troubleshoot

  • prayed
  • reboot computer
  • update BIOS
  • UPDATED all software via HP support software
  • load drivers
  • delete and load again
  • update to the latest
  • also update to 20H2 (windows)
  • reboot it again
  • check camera resolution and place it at the top (picture attached)
  • NO idea what else to DO

Update BIOS as update recommendation from HP, still the same.  i,m using 20H2 Windows 10

I'm really upset since I can believe that my blackberry 2010 had better camera.  i hope is a driver issue, because if a 2020 laptop still have a VGA camera or 0.2 mepapixel camera just means that this is a scamp!!!!
