I am currently using three HP computers, two laptops, and one desktop. However, I have been experiencing a concerning issue with the HP Pavilion Gaming 1025ecax model. Approximately 20 to 30 minutes into using this laptop, I begin to feel eye pain and strain. Surprisingly, I do not encounter the same discomfort when using my desktop or the other laptop for extended periods. It has come to my attention that some other users have reported similar problems with the HP Envy laptop. I suspect that there might be a display-related problem or an inappropriate display resolution setting causing this issue. Therefore, I kindly request your assistance in providing me with possible solutions or recommending suitable display resolution settings to alleviate the eye strain problem. Despite attempting to address the issue by utilizing the night mode feature, the problem persists. Your guidance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.
