@VidsK, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
I see that the PC was shipped with FreeDOS and the drivers available on the HP Support site is compatible only with Win 8/8.1 OS. The issue here seems to be related to the graphic driver. Let us try these steps to resolve this issue:
Check and Update Windows.
Install updates using HP Support Assistant
- In the search box, type and open HP Support Assistant.
- Check for updates.
- If the updates are available, click on install and restart the computer.
Note: If you do not have HP Support Assistant installed, Click here to download the same.
Now, restart the PC and check if the F2 and F3 keys respond.
Try playing the video in different media players and check if that helps.
If the issue persists, install this standalone graphic driver which may help.
File name: sp65024.exe
Let me know how this goes.
