Hi:
Yes, you probably need to install both the Intel Chipset installation utility and the applicable graphics driver(s).
First install the chipset utility and restart the PC.
This package contains the Intel Chipset Installation Utility and Driver for supported computer models running a supported operating system. This utility enables the operating system to show the correct name for the installed Intel hardware in the Microsoft Windows Device Manager.

Now, what I don't know is if your notebook has both the Intel and Nvidia switchable graphics adapters or if your notebook is one that only has the discrete Nvidia adapter.
So...Install the Intel graphics driver first and restart the PC.
This package provides the driver that enables the Intel High-Definition (HD) Graphics in supported notebook models that are running a supported operating system. If high-definition multimedia interface (HDMI) video output is supported, this package also installs the HDMI Audio Driver.

Then install the Nvidia graphics driver for your notebook's Nvidia GeForce MX130 graphics adapter.
This package provides the driver that enables the NVIDIA High-Definition (HD) Graphics in supported notebook models that are running a supported operating system. If high-definition multimedia interface (HDMI) video output is supported, this package also installs the HDMI Audio Driver.

Note: If the Intel graphics driver doesn't install, most likely your notebook only uses the Nvidia GPU and not both.
