I bought this PC that HP declares Full-HD.
I have connected an LG Full-HD screen: the same web page is seen differently on the 2 screens.
On the PC screen I cannot see 1920 pixels but 20-30 less.
I make websites, so I can't see what my clients see.
So I think HP is scamming us.

Hi @Max261140,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
It's possible that there may be some confusion or misunderstanding about the resolution of your HP notebook's screen. "Full HD" typically refers to a screen resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels, which means that there are 1920 pixels horizontally and 1080 pixels vertically. If your screen resolution is not displaying 1920 pixels horizontally, then it may not be a Full HD screen.
However, it's also worth noting that some laptops may have scaling settings that affect the display resolution. For example, some laptops may use a scaling factor of 125% or 150% to make text and icons appear larger, which can affect the actual pixel resolution of the screen.
To check the resolution of your HP notebook's screen, you can go to the Display settings in Windows and look for the resolution setting. If the resolution is not 1920 x 1080 pixels, then it may not be a Full HD screen.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
