Hello...my Windows Hello face recognition stopped working a lot of months ago.
"we couldn't find a camera compatible with windows hello", but some updates ago worked fine. Can you help me please?
Windows 10 PRO v.2004 build: 19041.508
I can't do restore system because I cleaned all the system...thinking could be a solution but wasn't.
I tried to reinstall the driver of IR Cam from HP website but nothing happened with "sp100470.exe"
Any solution? I'm bored.

@Odiami Welcome to HP Community!
I understand that Face Recognition stopped working.
Cause:
The following Group Policy setting does not currently allow log-on or sign-on through facial recognition:
Computer Configuration / Local Policies / Security Options
Interactive logon: Do not display last user name: Enable
By default, this Group Policy setting is disabled, however, after update it may not be.
Resolution
To resolve this issue, change this setting to Disabled, or wait for the anniversary update of Windows 10.
