HP Recommended

Hello, I own an HP Envy laptop that is over two years old. The display cracked near the hinge while I was opening the laptop normally. There was no drop, impact, or misuse.

I would like to have the hinge and display assembly inspected to determine whether this was caused by a manufacturing defect or hardware failure.

Could you please let me know if this issue qualifies for a warranty repair, extended coverage, or a goodwill repair?
