Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Faded lines have appeared on the screen. At first, through was smudges but seems to be below the surface of the screen and cannot be removed with a microfibre clothIMG_0859[14795].jpg. Very visible when using the screen in a well-lit environment. Seems to be a hardware problem with the screen. Appeared minorly after 9 months use but have only grown in size since then. Very disappointed as have been very happy with this laptop otherwise.

Please check in BIOS if you face the same issue

 

If you face the same issue in BIOS please contact HP Support in your Region for Service Options

 

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/ 
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device. 
4) Select the country from the drop-down. 
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences. 
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
