Hi there,

 

Having turned on my computer this morning I realised there was a faint pattern of hatched grey lines (similar to picture below but fainter). I have tried contacting HP support to no avail. My drivers are up-to-date and if I connect to an external display the pattern is not reproduced, so I would assume it is an issue regarding the display on the laptop itself.

 

Help much appreciated.

Can you check if you have privacy screen turned on or off and if it makes a difference?
