HP Pavilion 15 Laptop PC 15-eh3000 RCTO Base Unit

My experience with HP customer service has been terrible. I spoke to someone about getting my laptop repaired, because the hinge keeps snapping open and it's causing the Bezzle to separate from the screen making it extremely difficult to close my laptop. This is very infuriating because I have only had this laptop since November, not even a whole year and has NEVER been dropped or handled improperly. Also it's still under warranty and the gentleman I spoke to refused to actually listen to me. His response was that the malfunction in my hinge isn't covered under the warranty, so WHAT IS COVERED, IF NOT THE LAPTOP AS A WHOLE. He said he would sent me a box to ship yall my laptop and I still haven't recieved it. I need my laptop repaired and I refuse to pay for repair caused HP manufacturer issues, or I want a replacement laptop.

If HP will not cover the damage and you will refuse pay for the repair, sending the computer to HP might delay your getting the computer fixed elsewhere.

 

True - the standard Warranty is not nose-to-tail coverage - the contract coverage is limited.
