Dear team,
I have an HP Pavillion Notebook and whlie closing the screen there was a small sound from the right corner down of the screen and it seems that it opened a couple of millimiters. After that i haven't closed the screen again in order not to have any other damage since the hinge is broken. I wanted to ask if και 1 year warranty covers this damage?

Thank you for your feedback and the advise to contact support for the issue. What I was wondering though was if this issue that seems to be mentioned a lot in the community posts, is within the HP 1 year warranty.

All hardware related issues has to go through the phone support for assistance.
