The left side hinge on my HP Envy x360 laptop is broken causing the display to be misaligned when folded down and the front and back covers of the display are separating at the hinge. From the number of complaints on the HP forum going back a number of years regarding broken hinges, it seems that there is an unresolved design flaw regarding the hinges. My laptop is in excellent condition and has not been mishandled in any way. Well looked after.
I can't seem to get good direction on how to get my laptop repaired, nor can I find anyone from HP to communicate with so any help would be appreciated.

The link you provided does not take me to a page that gives me the options you mention. It is simply the standard contact page that I've been to before and takes me in circles!
Please provide me with screenshots of what I should be seeing and where I can find the information you're referring to in you reply.

I am still not able to access the options you refer to in your reply and I've not had anything further from you!
