The HP stylus for the Spectre 360 has had poor compatibility, it lags and steps, as a designer I need high performance which is what I was sold. The device cost me over £1500 and has a core i7 and Geforce RTX graphics driver so SHOULD perform well.
However, no matter how many drivers I download or what software I use the same issue arises.
I also have recieved poor service in regard to the fixing of my screen. I have tried to contact to make a complaint and to trade in this model of computer, to no success.
I would really appreciate a call from someone who can ammend this poor service I have recieved, by helping me trade in this model ( which clearly doesnt work properly) for a non-touchscreen computer as I have lost faith in these devices.
