Hi @asifaliicmc,
I am the The_Fossette. It looks like you were interacting with @MKazi, but he is out of the office today so I'll take over from here.
Based on the test result, it looks like a hardware issue and I recommend you to contact HP phone support to check the available service options for your computer.
Here is how you can get in touch with the phone support.
Open link: www.hp.com/contacthp/
Enter Product number or select to auto detects
Scroll down to "Still need help? Complete the form to select your contact options"
Scroll down and click on HP contact options - click on Get phone number.
Take care.
Cheers!

There was no hardware problem to my keyboard,I did refreshing and updated all the pending updates for windows 8 and all problems gone, now I am replying using my notebook keyboard.
Now I would like to know one more information not directly related with my present problem:
Does reinstalling windows can delete files those are saved on other than C drive?
Thank you.

Fabulous analysis. Spectacular diagnosis of the issue by you. Kudos to you for that.
I'm glad to hear that the keyboard is functioning correctly now.
Reinstalling Windows should delete the files from other partitions on the hard drive. Hope this information helps.
Cheers! 🙂
