Hello every one.

I'm having a problem with my laptop. I keep getting error message: "Sorry, some things went wrong....." during Windows Hello fingerprint setup. I've done a clean install of windows 10, update all drivers but the problem still persist.

Please help me. Thank you so much.

P/s: Sorry for bad English.

I solved it myself. I assumed it's a stupid problem of Windows Hello. Just try again and again until it recognize my fingerprint. Thanks for your concern.

Sounds Like An Known Issue. The fingerprint reader functionality can be temporarily restored by restarting the Windows Biometric Service (WBS) or by toggling the Synaptics FP Sensors (disable and back to enable) in the Device Manager but the issue will recur on the next reboot.

To permanently resolve the issue, uninstall the driver then reinstall it.

Sorry for the missing information. My laptop model is Probook 450 G4 (Z6T23PA). Therefore, the drivers that you gave me does not fit with this laptop.

Go To Bios and Reset Fingerprint setting. I had the same issue on exactly the same laptop and this worked for me.
