Product: HP ENVY x360 Convertible 15-dr0xxx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hi, I updated my BIOS to F.15 yesterday on my HP Envy.
Since then my digital print reader stopped working altogether.
I got into the bios testing options for the digital print reader and started the test.
It tells me the test will be interactive, that I will have to touch repeatedly my print reader.
When I start the test it immediately says that the test was successful, without asking me to touch anything!
Except the print reader still doesn't work (no reaction at all when I touch it)
I also tried to downgrade my bios but it didn't work
I'm out of options. HELP!
