HP ENVY - 13-aq0000na
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Whenever I try to use the fingerprint to login it never works, so I've looked on the Device Manager and under Biometric Devices and it says "This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. (Code 31)

{Operation Failed}
The requested operation was unsuccessful."

I have tried to update the driver and restarted my laptop however the issue is still not fixed. The laptop is only a week old so it cant be age.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
