Product: Zbook Studio G9

Hi, I recently bought a ZBook Studio G9 and im trying to setup my fingerprint scanner. Since it came with win10, I decided to instantly upgrade to win11. Now im trying to register my fingerprint but it says that it's not compatable with windows hello. I also am not able to find it in Device Manager. I have tried installing the drivers over and over again. No errors and it completes the installation but it still doesn't work. Windows is up to date as well

That is an option as mentioned on page 4 of its Manual
