I finally found the driver for the fingerprint sensor and installed it. In Device Manager it says that the sensor is working properly. I installed HP Simplepass Identity Protection and when I try to enroll a fingerprint it says the sensor isn't connected. So I have come to you, Oh wise and knowledgeable community, so that someone can tell me that it's so simple to fix and I can look like an idiot. If anyone can help I would deeply appreciate it. Thank you very much in advance. Be safe and well, everyone.
