Product: Hp elitebook x360 830 g6
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I just bought a refurbished hp elitebook x360 830 g6, and when I tried to setup a fingerprint unlock, windows told me no fingerprint reader compatible with windows hello found. I went to the device manager to find that thd fingerprint reader is not visible there. 

How do i fix it?
