Product: Envy x360

Can't mirror my Envy x360 to Firestick. I have contacted support, updated drivers. It as if something is missing. It worked a few months ago. Bluetooth cannot connect to firestick it finds it and then says unable.to connect.

I don’t understand why my FireStick keeps rebooting. I’m told to check network settings, but it says I’m connected. There’s no issue with my wi-fi; all my devices are still connected. The only way that I can get back into Amazon Prime is to restart the FireStick. Any ideas?
