Product: Pavilion 15cs
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, 

I Purchased a HP Pavilion 15cs Laptop recently.  I have been getting a flickering or Flashing window here and then now. It doesn't happen always. specially When i am in dark mode and If i have opened a window ( for example: This PC) and I open a window in white or bright color it starts to flicker/ Flash mildly for 1-2 seconds. 

 

I tried Updating my drivers, Windows updates didn't help

 

Apparently it doesn't happen in the safe mode or BIOS screen; Kindly help me solve this issue.

I understand that you are facing a Flickering Display/ Flashing display issue.

 

Do not worry. I will try to fix the issue.

 

As you have stated that you have already updated the drivers.

 

I would suggest you perform the system reset and check.
