Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I was having a flickering screen on my HP Probook 450 G2. I looked for online solutions and attempted to uninstall the driver software. 
I progressed further and removed the RAM and installed it again. But the screen is not working even now. It just remains black and then becomes alright for about 3 4 seconds. Then the screen goes flickering and then turn black again for like 15 20 minutes. What is the problem here? I can’t understand it.
