HP Spectre x360 2-in-1 Laptop Core i5
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I just purchased this laptop and when I watch Netflix through the pre-installed app, within 5-10 minutes the screen will be blank black and start flickering. Anyone else has the same issue and how to resolve this?

Hi @CynthiaHo, a lot of us are having this issue, we asked HP to help us but they are completely ignoring our requests of clarification.

please continue to write them, at a certain point they must give us a reply!
