I bought a computer with the code Ck2000nt and after using it for a while, some parts of the screen started to darken, so I replaced it and after 4 days of purchasing the computer, it started to make the same errors. I wonder if there is a production problem with these models?

Hi @Vior11 ,
Welcome to The HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand you're experiencing persistent screen flickering and dimming issues with your OMEN 17.3 Inch Gaming Laptop PC model 17-Ck2000. While it's frustrating to encounter such problems, there could be several potential reasons behind this issue:
- Driver or Software Issue: Sometimes, outdated or incompatible graphics drivers or software can cause display problems. Ensure that you have the latest graphics drivers installed for your laptop. You can download and install the latest drivers from the HP's website.
- Hardware Problem: Screen flickering and dimming could also be caused by hardware issues such as a faulty display panel, loose connections, or a malfunctioning graphics card. Since you've already replaced the laptop once and the issue persists, there may be a common hardware issue with this particular model.
- Power Settings: Check your power settings and make sure that the laptop is not set to dim the screen when running on battery power or under certain conditions.
- Overheating: Overheating can sometimes cause display issues. Make sure that the laptop's ventilation is not obstructed and that the cooling system is functioning properly.
