Flickering display of HP Pavilion - 15-cs3003ca

The display screen starts flickering on turning on the Laptop, it only starts flicking when touching mouse pad to enter the password, using touch screen doesn't flicker. I tried installing new display driver but didn't help

The new thing I found is that by pressing the turn on button long the laptop turns off and when it is restarted by Pressing the turn on button the screen doesn't flicker and everything is ok

can someone help

I see that you are facing flickering display issues with your HP Pavilion - 15-Cs3003ca.

Please run the updates from HP Support Assistant by following the steps listed below:
1. Download the current version from this webpage Link
2. Click on Updates and Messages to scan for new updates.
3. Review the list of updates. Updates with a yellow information icon are recommended. Updates with a blue information icon are optional.
4. Click the update name for a description, version number, and file size.
5. Select the box next to any updates you want to install, and then click Download and install.

I tried downloading the driver but there is no display driver for my laptop for windows 11, it only shows driver for windows 10, anyway, I updated my driver and did all steps but my issue is same
