Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Been having an intermittent issue with this laptop that is barely out of warranty.  Sometimes, the display flickers when using either the mouse or the touchpad.  The flickering will get so bad that the screen will eventually go completely blank.   To get the screen to come back on I have to shutdown and power off the system.
