Hello,
I am currently migrating my computer from Windows 10 to Linux Mint Mate 19.3. There are 3 things I can't manage to fix.
1) When I scroll through the web pages, there are like lines that are shifted, which also happens when I watch a movie in the browser. On the other hand as soon as the page / image is static, everything is well displayed.
2) I can't use the Fn keys on my laptop to adjust the screen brightness. The Fn keys for brightness do not work. I spent more than 2 hours on google to find and test a solution. Without success... For information I also tested "Brightness Controller" but it's a disaster (maybe a conflict with Redshift program)!
3) How can I limit my Battery to 90% of total refill ? I didn't found something in the Bios (maybe I have to update the Bios)
Do you have any advice for me ?
Thank you in advance and greetings from Crans-Montana (Switzerland)
Grifouille
PS: Sorry my English is poor. But French / German are very good
PS2: Linux knowledge are basic (I know command line, permissions, compiling...)
