Perform clean boot it will disable 3rd party startup apps and the one causing this. You can use those app normally when open it just won't launch automatically.

Perform Clean Boot:
1. Press Windows + R, type msconfig, hit Enter.
2. General tab: "Select Selective startup," uncheck "Load startup items."
3. Services tab: Check "Hide all Microsoft services," then "Disable all"; Apply.
4. Startup tab: Click "Open Task Manager," disable all enabled items; close Task Manager.
5. OK > Restart; test

Hi,it was a problem with the drivers.

HP Recommended

Could you please tell me which driver was causing this issue?

HP Recommended

Yes,for me it was a few, first I completely uninstalled the Intel Iris Xe Grpahics driver(dw it just falls back to a simple Microsoft Graphics Driver),make sure to use Hp Support Assistant, and Intel Chipset Driver,I personally  also used ChatGpt during the process as it helped me diagnose and find what s wrong with my computer. And for the drivers I ofc installed them from HP page.

And also if u want to be sure it s not a hardware fault,u can use multiple tools Hp provides for you to check if there are issues related with a hardware component.
