I recently just bought this laptop and a first-time owner of a computer. In the past I had work laptops and if I had an issue, I would depend on the IT department. But now I am an owner and need to know this stuff. I have a HP ENVY and decide to get one with a 4GB GEFORCE RTX. I am hoping this is not the issue since I wanted the better graphics. However, after working on my computer, after a while the screen will get fuzzy/blurry/shacky and I will have to restart to resolve the issue. Also, sometimes when I am typing in word or OneNote some letters will only appear halfway or in excel when I scroll it will take like 5 seconds for existing data/graphs to appear. I am guessing I didn't quite load everything correctly. Would this be the issue, or should I take to someone that knows what they are doing?
Thank you
