Hello Guys, I need your help for a problem that i am facing with my omen 17 (2022) with an rtx 3070ti. My operating system is windows 11 23h2 Basically the GPU that i have, is usually power capped at 125W(On performance mode from Omen Gaming Hub). When i plug out the adapter(On Battery), it will be capped to 40W, and after i plug the adapter back in, it will be capped at 30W.
I've done alot of troubleshooting but was not able to find a solution. I think it should be a software issue, since disabling and reinabling the gpu from device manager will get the power cap back to 125W.
I've tried downloading the latest drivers, updating the bios, completely uninstalling the GPU drivers using ddu, and even a clean reboot. Any help is appreciated, thank you!
