Victus by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-d1 (53F54AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

Good afternoon! This laptop was purchased just a month ago. However, from the first days, one strange moment for me was noticeable: video card throttling at a sufficiently low temperature.

Through nvidia experience, I observe the same situation every time: as soon as the temperature of the video card reaches 75 degrees (sometimes 74), friezes begin and last from half a minute to several minutes. After that, everything is restored (since the temperature and frequency were reset) and after a not very long period, everything happens again.

the temperature according to the technical specification is much more significant. Is it possible to overcome this somehow, or does this phenomenon signal a factory defect or an overheated video chip? Thank you in advance for your response.

Ps. Neither the game settings (with maximum beams or let's say average) nor the application itself give a very distinguishable result
