Hi:

 

Intel only developed W10 graphics drivers for PC's with the Intel® Celeron® N4000 processors.

 

You will need to install W10 if you want the graphics to work correctly.

Yes...Windows 10.

 

Otherwise you will have to live with things the way they are on W8.1, W8 or W7.
