Product: Victus by HP 15.6 inch Gaming Laptop 15-fa1000 (771S6AV)

Victus Gaming Laptop 15-fa1001na - NVIDIA® GeForce RTX™ 4050

 

Screen turns black randomly and either turns off and restarts and or loads back after a while, screen flickers as well randomly.

 

only had it for about 3 and a half months, haven't been running anything heavy while this happened just.

 

any way to solve this issue or find out why its happening.

 

have ran the tests in HP PC hardware diagnostics and all passed.

Hello mav731, you are going to uninstall the graphics driver, go to start, Control Panel, System and security, System, then Device Manager. Under Display adapters, uninstall the driver and restart the laptop. Then download the driver that I gave you the link and install it.
