I have a problem with ghosting.
If I don't move the content on the screen for some time, e.g. for 2 minutes, and then I change the displayed application with a dark background, then I can see the previous application in the background.
I have installed different versions of drivers, it occurs every time. Ghosting stays even when I log in another windows user. The problem has been present practically from the beginning when I have a laptop, but I didn't have time to deal with this topic.
After turning the laptop off and on, everything is fine.

The photo shows the previous application, which has already been completely disabled.
Is this a software or hardware problem?
I will mention that this problem does not occur on an external monitor connected via HDMI.
