Why is it so hard to figure out if a laptop screen is glossy when  shopping on Amaz*n?  Details never specify what it is and I can't get an exact answer when I ask.  I've already made that mistake once and had to return the laptop. What a waste of time.

How about this one HP Laptop 17-cn2063cl?

HI @Oldie68,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

It can indeed be frustrating when product details lack important information like screen finish, especially for something as significant as a laptop display. For the HP Laptop 17-cn2063cl, here’s how you can determine if the screen is glossy or matte:

1. Check Product Specifications

Visit HP’s Official Website:

  • Go to the HP official support page and search for the HP Laptop 17-cn2063cl.
  • Look for the specifications or product details section. Sometimes, the screen type is mentioned under display specifications.

Product Manual:

  • If you can find the user manual or a detailed datasheet for the laptop, it may provide information about the screen finish.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
