There's a small google rectangular shape box with words in it that keeps popping up on my screen while I'm working in Chrome and it won't go away. I can't move it or click on it. It just sits there in the middle of whatever I'm doing. If I change tabs it stays there in the front. It only goes away if I restart the computer but comes back eventually. Please help.

@SOLO64 Welcome to HP Community!

I understand that the Google small rectangular dialog box popping up in chrome.

 The notification box indicates that you have turned on one of the Accessibility features called "sticky keys"

Go into the Accessibility section of Settings and turn it off.
