Product: HP Spectre x360 - 15-ch009ng

Hello. I am constantly having problem with display. Its showing glitches. Sometimes i cannot see nothing. But when i use external display everything is ok. Also, my display is connected with Intel integrated graphics. There is no Radeon RX Vega M GL Graphics preferences, and i can not even choose it? I made User benchmark test and it shown terrible results of graphic tests, but only based on Intel uhd graphics. It seems laptop doesnt use dedicated graphics at all, Radeon RX Vega M GL Graphics. Does it mean it i died and i need to change it? But why is it functioning normally with external display?
