Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
Hi! So I recently bought a hp omen laptop and my hard drive failed in less than a month.. So I added a SSD from my old laptop and downloaded my graphics drivers but it still was not detected in task manager, I opened up device manager and it showed the GPU was there but with this icon
Someone please help me 🙂

Hi I managed to fix it by literally updating battery drivers then disabling and reenabling the gpu driver and also installing directx before doing that i hope it helps anyone else 🙂
