I go onto the HP website, it scans my laptop and tells me everything including the serial number of my unit.
It suggests a graphics card update, which i download and install, before it finishes I get the error message that the product does not meet the min requirements for this instillation.
I am having issues with a program and the suggestion was to update the graphics driver.
also surprised that the newest driver is from 2015. Most graphics cards manufactures come out with new drivers every few months.

Hi, @BroMiCs
The following procedure normally allows you to update to the latest version of the Intel graphics driver for the graphics adapter your notebook has.
Download and save the latest W10 graphics driver ZIP file from the link below (2nd file down on the left side of the page).
Version: 15.40.38.4963 (Latest) Date: 5/4/2018
Right click on the file and select Extract all to unzip the file to its driver folder.
Once that is done, go to the device manager.
Click to expand the Display Adapters device manager category.
Click on the Intel HD graphics adapter listed there.
Click on the driver tab. Click on Update Driver.
Select the Browse my computer for driver software option, and then at the bottom of that window, select the Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer.
Click on Have Disk, and browse to the unzipped graphics driver folder>Graphics>igdlh64 (setup information file), and the driver should install.
Then restart the PC.

@BroMiCs, welcome to the forum.
I suggest that you download the driver from this page and try to install it:
HP only updates driver software when there is a problem that requires it. If there are no problems, there is no need for an update.
Please click the Thumbs up + button if I have helped you and click Accept as Solution if your problem is solved.

Well that solved the driver install issue!!!!
Thank you so much...

Well.......... all that work and it didn't fix my issue 😞
I was really hopping that it would help... But at lease I have current drivers now I guess.
I am not gonna lie, I have always been a bit dissapointed in the performance of this laptop. I use it for 1 thing.. Djing.. and it has only a small handful of programs that I use for it.. and with all I have read about the hybrid drives in here, it should run amazing..
I have even done a full refresh (everything but files deleted) and although it runs better, (it was becoming almost usless) it still seems slow for a core i7 😞
