Every time we use the web cam, either on its own or on Skype or zoom there is a green tint around the edges. We have updated windows, bios, chipset, video card but there are no changes
have tried upgrading camera drivers, but device is up to date
issue started after upgrading zoom app.
have tried uninstalling zoom but issue still remains
have put a white sheet in front of the camera..no changes
any other things for us to try? I have seen this issue on multiple post, have tried it all but no luck
we would truly appreciate your guidance
thanks a lot in advance!
regards
maria

Welcome to HP Community
I have gone through your Post and would like to help
Please run a Webcam Test from f2 Diagnostic and let me know if the issue persists
- Hold the power button for at least five seconds to turn off the Notebook.
- Turn on the computer and immediately press Esc repeatedly, about once every second.
- When the menu appears, press the F2 key.
- On the main menu, click Component Tests and Webcam
You can also perform a Reset and if it is a Software related issue that should fix it
