HP Elitebook 850 G3
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I was wondering if it was possible to connect a HMDI monitor with the HP Elitebook 850 G3 by a using a HDMI to DisplayPort cable.

The monitor only has HDMI and DVI-D and the elitebook has VGA, DisplayPort and USB C (Although I don't know if USB C will work).

Thank You

HDMI and DP use digital signals therefore a direct HDMI-DP cable will work. There are many around with many different lengths. For example
