HDMI connectivity problem

My HDMI cable is showing no signal when connected through my PC but works perfectly with other PC

OS: window 8 professional

product name: HP 655

model: AR5B225

The system has never been upgraded before

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are not getting any display when connecting an external display with the HDMI cable.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

What is the product number of your computer?

 

Meanwhile, I recommend you update the BIOS and the graphics driver from the below link and check if it helps.
