My HDMI port stoped working.
I ran al updates, upgraded to windows 11, bios update etc.
The computer recognises the HDMIport ( used HP docks en display diagnositics) and this says it is working fine.
Beamer sais : HDMI not found (yes i tried it on an other pc and yes i tried another display device on the port)
HP wants to take it in and tells me it is an hardware issue ( port defect)
I still think its an software issue since the port recognises the beamer
If you know a fix it would be great .

Hi @rodge_70,
Welcome to HP Support Community. This is a great place to post questions and find answers.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I see that you are facing issues with the HDMI port of your HP ENVY X360 - 15-Cn0300nd.
I suggest that you run an extensive system test by following the steps listed below:
1. Hold the power button for at least five seconds to turn off the computer.
2. Turn on the computer and immediately press Esc repeatedly, about once every second.
3. When the menu appears, press the F2 key.
4. From the main menu, click System Test and then click on Extensive Test.
5. Click Run once.
