Hello,

 

Can i use an USB-c hub to Connect two monitors via USB-c? Or does my Laptop Not Support alt Mode?

Your notebook is the 250 G9, this device does not have a USB-C port compatible with DisplayPort so it cannot be used for a secondary display.

Can i use a Hub via USB A instead to Connect a HDMI Monitor? Or ist this another Bad Idea :⁠-⁠D

I am only familiar with DisplayLink compatible HUBs, these HUBs by software and hardware can be used for a second display. I leave you the link to consult the available HUBs and do a search on the internet to find a seller, in  the same link you can download the software
