I purchased my HP Envy 13 laptop in 2020, last year I noticed the left hinge was stiff and not closing the laptop. I reported this as this seemed to be a malfunction of the product having read the several forums with similar complaints. When I spoke to HP they said it was out of warranty so they cannot do anything.
I am now attaching images of the hinge that has now fully impacted and cracked the screen, this is a common issue with HP Envy both 13/ 17. I am really disappointed as this is an issue they are clearly aware of and are not offering any support.
I expect a full repair or a replacement as this is a issue with your product and I recommend you recall this to avoid future customers facing the same issue.
Please can someone provide support or assistance, I have attached images of the hinge/ broken screen.
