Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hello I'm Matteo from Netherland. i bought a new HP-15 DB1200NI and after using for three days it gives me a problem.
I used the Camera for the first time and than one green orizontal line appears on the screen.
I restarted the pc but it not dissapers.
Can you please help me to understand if the issue can be fixed or I need to use the garancy for change pc or screen?

- Have you updated Graphics and Chipset drivers?
- Have you made any hardware/software changes?
- Could you please share the picture of the horizontal lines?
- Does it happen only while accessing Webcam?
