Product: HP 17Z TOUCH SCREEN LAPTOP
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Touch screen works with fingers but not with the stylus. Why and what is causing stylus non to work.

we tried active and passive both...

We have two similar laptops and both does not work with stylus.

Firstly NOT all machines with touchscreen displays work with active stylus. Fingers and active styluses are not the same. What is your machines ? You MAY BE able to find compatible active stylus for them

How would anyone know which stylus will work with this touch screen laptop ? HP website does not show any more compatible stylus for their own touch screen laptops. Here is the detail of laptop:

 

Product name : HP Laptop 17z-ca300 

Product number : 1C0G5AV

If anyone can point out a compatible stylus would be a great help..
